I am big fan of Kashi products I really love the bars. They taste great and give me energy too and even improve my mood. I really like the Honey Almond Flax. Before buying it I like anything with almonds and honey in the bar it sounded like it would taste good together. I was right this flavor is very good I really like the taste of the roasted almonds in the bars with a touch of honey sweetness.

Seven whole grains plus sesame together with whole roasted almonds, flax seeds, sun-dried fruit, and a touch of wildflower honey. 5 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, pure ingredients, and natural goodness you can see and taste are simply tasty full of flavor.
